Dealing with Service Desk requests and incidents across all systems and applications in-line with the organisation’s procedures.
- Work to provide users/clients with a continually improving Service Desk customer experience.
- Work to ensure that requests for support addressed to the Helpdesk via telephone or through the web based Helpdesk System are responded to within the stated timeframes and criteria.
- Assist the support teams with keeping clients informed of progress on support requests and determining priorities.
Essential skills / experience:
1. An excellent technical aptitude.
2. Good knowledge of information technology systems and environments.
3. IT qualification such as CompTIA A+ certification
