Our head chefs possess excellent people management skills, create friendly and inclusive working environments, and can organise and delegate to a team when the pressure is on. Experience in leading a team, reducing costs, and controlling services in a premium-casual setting are essential, as is a proven ability to develop, train, and motivate staff.
This role comes with a generous compensation package which includes a share of gratuities and service charge and access to the company’s discretional bonus scheme, with a potential bonus of up to 20% of salary awarded based on business performance. Total on-target earnings (OTE) are between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum.
