Preparation of Due Dil documents for banks and others service providers
Drafting meeting agendas
Entity management/Updating structure charts
Statutory online filings and liaison with registered agents
This role is open to all who are willing to learn and have an eye detail.
IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite is a must - training will be provided on other systems.
