We are seeking a proactive and energetic individuals to apply for a role of Junior Company Administrator. The successful applicant will work with senior staff in a diverse and fast moving business. This is a role that one can grow into and mature along with the business.

Main Duties:
Preparation of Due Dil documents for banks and others service providers
Drafting minutes
Drafting meeting agendas
Entity management/Updating structure charts
Statutory online filings and liaison with registered agents

This role is open to all who are willing to learn and have an eye detail.

IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite is a must - training will be provided on other systems.
