Ideally candidates should have some experience and have good keyboard skills and must have the ability to speak and understand English. They should also be flexible, well-motivated and have good communication skills.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Undertake hotel cellar and stores operations ensuring excellent standards of practice.
Receiving and checking hotel deliveries, dealing with any variances and storing all items securely & appropriately. Input all food deliveries on to the purchasing computer system.
Input of all liquor delivery notes and requisitions on to the liquor stocktake computer system. Regularly review par stock levels and re-order items as necessary and as directed by management for all items under stores control.
Day to day departmental tasks as required.
