For our office in Jersey, we are currently looking for an HR Manager to act as a Business Partner for all HR activities across the UK and Channel Islands. Based in St. Helier, Jersey, you will be reporting to the EMEA Head of Human Resources and the respective Country Executives for the UK and Channel Islands.
You will be responsible for:
• Primary contact for the HR topics and liaise with HR Headquarters (in Luxembourg)
• Acting as the main point of contact for all grievances and HR policies for the region
• Working closely with other HR teams across the EMEA region
YOUR PROFILE:
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in Human Resources;
• Studying or have attained a recognised professional qualification, such as CIPD;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector will be considered as an asset;
• You have the ability/willingness to travel;
