Corporate Services Accountant

For our office in Jersey, we are currently looking for Corporate Accountant. As a Corporate Accountant, Responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients made up of Jersey companies, Unit Trusts and Limited Partnerships investing in a range of assets:
• Taking part in the setup of client structures and implementing complex international structures
• Coordinating and contacting independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as a part of setting up structures
• Ensuring effective cash management of client entities and undertaking regular cash reconciliations
• Preparing of client entities management accounts and financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS
YOUR PROFILE:
•You are either a fully or nearly qualified accountant, either ACCA or ACA
•You have 3-5 years of relevant experience
