A part time employee to manage HR for the company. This will include recruitment, payroll. To advise and record disciplinary, appraisal and capability processes. To maintain employee data in accordance with GDPR regulations and to ensure timely return of employee tax and social security returns and payments plus manpower return. There would also be oversight of health and safety and a support role to the company secretary. This position is based in Jersey however covers Jersey and Guernsey, it is only envisaged that visits to Guernsey maybe required four times per year.
