To apply for this role you must possess excellent communication skills and have experience of running a large catering establishment for at least 5 years.

The post Holder is required to implement, record and monitor all Eat safe regulations, HACCP, COSHH and safe handling methods Delegation of tasks / duties to ensure the needs of the service are met and the work load is fairly distributed and all tasks are completed in timely manner.
