Les Amis are recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager. The role includes managing an effective HR function providing advice & best practice to management & staff of Les Amis ensuring compliance with statutory, professional & legal requirements. Develop & implement HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee departmental budget ensuring within agreed targets. Manage employee relations including absence, complex disciplinaries & grievances. Deliver in-house training. 40 hrs p/w Monday to Friday (negotiable)
Core skills required; CIPD diploma in HR practice minimum level 5. Proven track record in HR management for a minimum of 3 years.
