Stanley's offers a full menu from breakfast through to afternoon tea with all with all meals prepared daily in our kitchens using fresh and seasonal produce. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for preparing and presenting freshly prepared dishes that consistently delight our guests. The duties of Chef de Partie will include:

• Preparing food using fresh ingredients
• Cooking food to order, ensuring this is of the required high standard and produced on time
• Keeping up to date with new products, menus and daily specials
• Keeping kitchen and equipment clean, tidy and organised
• Following instructions and procedures given by the head chef

Weekends are essential with days normally 8:00-16:00 with no evening shifts.
