We are seeking an enthusiastic, accurate and well organised accounts supervisor to join our team. Candidates should have strong bookkeeping
knowledge and experience, with an understanding of how a hotel operates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Sage50 is essential.

Day to day activities will include:
• Verifying that all the transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers
• Journal preparation and posting
• Reconciling and balancing control accounts and loan accounts
• Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations
• Updating accounts receivable/payable and issuing invoices
• Providing training and support to junior members of the team

You should be confident, have good communication skills, be able to problem solve, have good time management skills and be comfortable working unsupervised.
