Main duties are:
· Serving customer on the trade counter
· Answering customer queries via telephone and email
· Drive sales by building strong customer relationships
· Processing sales orders
· Assisting in the warehouse with picking and packing when needed
· Preparing sales and stock reports
It is essential that you have 5 years residency in Jersey to be considered for this role.
With previous customer service experience, you will have the skills to answer customer queries in a variety of different ways, whether it be face to face, over the phone or via email. It is essential that you have basic computer skills to input data and liaise with customers.
Any previous experience of working in the plumbing, heating or trade industry would be advantageous but not essential.
