We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the General Manager of Lakeside Care Home. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the administration and financial activities of the home in order to meet or exceed profit targets, in accordance with Company Standards and in compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations. The skill set required will include data entry via use of electronic reporting systems, sales purchase ledgers and a working knowledge of payroll. There will be an essential requirement within the role for excellent people skills as the need to communicate and negotiate effectively with residents and/or their families will be part of your day to day activity.
