The successful candidate will need to be very much hands, a customer focused, business driven, self-motivated professional that can lead a team to achieve targeted food and beverage revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals.
Relevant experience – 2+ years – in a role Management at a similar establishment in a similar environment is required.
Previous experience with micros or other relevant point of sale would be advantageous.
WSET Level 2 or above is desirable.
Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 is required.
