As Weddings and Events Coordinator you will deal with all types of enquiries with a main focus on wedding enquiries and conversions, working with the wedding couples to ensure they have a special day. You will be responsible for the coordination, planning and completion of all events to ensure that each guest receives outstanding Handpicked service and that maximum revenue is generated for each conference facility. You will also need to conduct show-rounds with clients. You must have excellent organisational skills, be customer focused and be able to communicate and build relationships with clients.
You will need to have previous customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced office environment
This role is 24 hours per week and shift pattern is flexible including some weekends and after office hours for appointments.
