Samphire are currently looking to expand the kitchen brigade and would like to hear from you if you have the skills and experience it takes to be a Sous Chef at our busy town restaurant.
The ideal Sous Chef will need to have 2 years’ experience working within a
professional kitchen in a senior role and have a proven track record and a good working knowledge of HAACP.
