Consultant - Job Evaluation

We are looking for an experienced and resilient subject matter expert in job evaluation, who is forward thinking and innovative in their approach. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support colleagues and stakeholders at all levels through significant transformation as individual roles change and as all departments in the Government of Jersey adapt and restructure for the future.
You will be a high functioning, efficient, resilient and confident individual, thoroughly committed to being part of a very effective and multi-talented team working across several areas in pay and reward and employee relations.
