reporting to Fund and Entity boards as appropriate per internal protocol and regulatory requirements.

• Money Laundering Compliance and Reporting Officer for Collective Investment Funds, Jersey Private Funds and Managed Entities,
including responsibility for the preparation and delivery of reporting to Fund and Entity boards as appropriate per internal protocol and
regulatory requirements.

Risk and Governance

• Risk Manager for the Company and Jersey Management Company with responsibility for the risk control framework.

Operations

• Preparation of detailed reports to Business Management, Compliance Management and board and sub-committee reporting for the
Company and Jersey Management Company.
