Visitor Service Assistants - Seasonal & Ad Hoc

You will be responsible for welcoming visitors to the Jersey Heritage Site, assisting with orientation and the provision of information about the site, events, exhibitions and facilities to enable the visitor to have a great experience. Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working in a customer facing environment are required. • Also relevant experience or demonstrable ability to learn till operations, EPOS, cash handling and retail procedures.
