Golden Sands Hotel are looking for a Sous Chef for the 2021 season. Previous experience is essential. You will be required to lead the kitchen team in the chefs absence, supervising the team, overseeing the ordering of stock and managing our online systems. You will need to assist the Head Chef with menu creation and coordinate with restaurant team on a daily basis.

If you have formal culinary training, strong organisational kills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, are self motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skill then we look forward to hearing from you!
