As Hotel Porter / Front Office Assistant you will own the hotel lobby creating a buzzing atmosphere where all guests feel welcome and in good hands, providing the very best first and last impression, and exceeding expectations in-between!

Our Hotel Porter / Front Office Assistant are very often first point of contact for our guests, meeting them as they arrive and assisting with their luggage.
You will deal with all requests in a professional and efficient manner. Answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans.
Assisting reception with check-ins and check-outs.
Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
