In this role, you will assist with the preparation of minutes, incorporations and maintaining client database under the supervision of the Manager.

Duties Include:
• Dealing with formations, disclosure of ownership & control, special resolutions, terminations and generally the relationship with the JFSC Registry
• Producing minutes for all companies and trusts administered by R&H - primarily under Jersey and BVI law
• Dealing with the transfer in of companies, trusts, foundations and partnerships and reviewing statutory records received
• Reviewing Articles, Shareholder Agreements, Trust Deeds and producing synopsis of the key provisions
• Maintaining client information data base
• Creating and maintain structuring charts
• Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned

A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position is desirable.
