Transformation & Change Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Transformation & Change Consultant – Senior Manager or Manager to join our growing organisation based in Jersey. You will be accountable for the delivery of complex client mandates across a range of industry sectors that are being delivered by multiple teams or have high risks across people, process, and technology. As part of the management and leadership team, you will have responsibility for people on a day-to-day basis and know how to build successful teams for the achievement of the agreed goals and objectives.
