You will be a driven individual with a working knowledge of JCT forms of contract and have proven cost management and project administration skills. Ideally you will have residential and/or commercial project experience and relevant industry qualifications would be essential. QS experience preferred but not essential . You will be required to liaise and report to the Senior QS and Commercial Director with an ability in cost monitoring and reporting. Tasks will include procuring and managing subcontract packages.
