Responsible for managing and updating the company’s Quality Control System. Regular visits to developments for QC auditing. Investigating and reporting on non-conforming contractors, materials or products. Working closely with the site teams to reduce/eliminate latent defects. Applicant must have extensive knowledge of construction and experience with multi rise apartment buildings. Ideally from a senior site/project manager background or clerk of works experience.
