Successful candidates would be working within a busy, small & specific home providing high quality individualised care for residents with increasing health care needs.
Applicants must have a caring, compassionate nature ensuring dignity & respect, along with a strong work ethic.
Working night duties on a rota system which also includes weekend work. Positions are 30hrs p/w.
We hold a 4 week induction where full training is given including theory work & observing/shadowing staff in this specified area.
Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF level 2 in H&SC. Previous health care experience is desirable but not essential.
