New Dynasty are looking for an experience Assistant Head Chef who is passionate about cooking good quality food and has great team leadership skills.
Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in cooking Chinese & Malaysian cuisine and has great knowledge of authentic asian spices and herbs to produce high quality sauces and marination to create good delicious food.
5 years resident required, 3 weeks paid holidays plus all U.K Bank holidays. Salary negotiable according to experience.
