Grill Chef

Looking for a strong Grill Chef with experience in a high turnover restaurant. The candidate will have the ability to prepare, cook and deliver to the highest standards, using premium ingredients. With a strong focus on fish, seafood and aged local beef you will be central to the success and smooth operation of this thriving business, loved by visitors and locals alike. You will be reporting to a Head and Snr Sous in this position, but also expected to be able to manage your section independently. This is not a seasonal position.
