Front of House

Hours: 40 per week (overtime paid)
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

- Working with a small team to provide a consistently outstanding customer experience
- Creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for customers
- Preparation of hot and cold drinks following company recipes
- Taking food and drinks orders and engaging customers in conversation
- Cash and card handling
- Handling customer orders by phone, in store and email
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Following cleaning schedules
