Full Time Cleaning Supervisor

The role requires a supervisor to cover sites across Jersey. This will involve managing teams of cleaners at each site, ensuring standards are met. This will include, work delegation, time management, scheduling holiday and sick cover. Training, Key management and problem reporting.
This is a varied role including some administrative duties. However, will mainly involve travelling between multiple sites and ensuring contracted works are being undertaken to the appropriate standard. This will also include inventory reporting and delivery of cleaning resources.
