The HR Operations & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the HR Operations & Payroll function within the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities
- Deliver a HR service which is respected for its professionalism and helps the office to consistently deliver effective and efficient business performance within the EMEA region
- Accurate and timely processing of all employee related administration
- Oversee and support employee offboarding process

Your profile
- Relevant HR Operations experience within a similar role
- The legal right to work in Jersey, Channel Islands
- Attention to detail
- Ensure that the end to end employee processes support a positive employee experience at all times
- The ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
