The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of quality care to residents in line with the Care Home’s standards and will understand the need to promote privacy, dignity and independence while treating all residents with respect. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with residents. We require a good team player who has QCF Level 2 qualification or is willing to undertake training for this qualification.
