Mental Health Support Worker (Nights)

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Mental Health Support Worker to join our night team. You’ll be working in a supported living or residential care setting, ensuring a safe and calm environment for individuals with mental health needs during the night.

?? Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional reassurance and support to service users overnight

Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of clients is maintained

Record and report any concerns or incidents during the shift

Carry out hourly welfare checks where appropriate

Assist with personal care if needed

Administer or prompt medication in accordance with care plans (if trained)

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and handovers
