Support Worker - LD & Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team, supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities (LD). This is a leadership position where you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support, helping service users live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

?? Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of support workers on shift and act as a role model for best practice

Deliver direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions and/or LD

Support individuals with personal care, emotional well-being, community access, and skills development

Develop and update person-centred support plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessments

Administer or oversee medication in line with policy (if trained)

Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and choice
