Building Surveyor

Provide technical and advisory guidance to clients, stakeholders, and other
team members.
Undertake projects in accordance with RICS standards
Ensure, contribute, lead, and identify on the delivery of quality assured client
focussed projects and services to meet the agreed clients’ requirements.
Prepare specifications and drawings and carry out risk assessments for
improvement and refurbishment projects
Prepare tender documents, undertake C.A and project management duties
including site monitoring of relevant contracts, ensuring compliance and
quality control
Undertake site surveys in relation to completing detailed building condition
surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, planned
maintenance and defect analysis, to include analytical investigation,
research, and preparation of technical reports with clarity of findings
