Brewery Operator

We’re looking for a brewery operator to join our team at the Liberation Brewery!
The Liberation Brewery has been supplying the Channel Islands with its award-winning beers for nearly 150 years.

What you’ll be doing

Helping out with every stage of the brewing process including handling the raw materials, preparation, control, processing, and filtering.
Recording the brewing process to ensure the safe transfer of beer, all according to standard operating procedures.
Packaging beer into casks, kegs, tankers and take-home packs.
Assisting with cleaning of all brewing plant and equipment.
Completing quality checks and maintaining accurate written brewing records.
Participating in activities like beer tasting sessions and promotional events.
Getting stuck in and helping out wherever it's needed.
