We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join the opening team of a new Spanish restaurant in the heart of St Helier. Opening Summer 2025, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh, vibrant concept from day one. You’ll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering high-quality, authentic Spanish dishes. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP, excellent kitchen management skills, and a genuine passion for Spanish cuisine. This is a hands-on role in a creative and supportive environment with room to grow. Competitive salary offered based on experience.
