Business Shift Support Lead

To drive the role forward, the individual will lead the day-to-day activities of a shift team, ensuring their performance aligns with operational objectives. This involves demonstrating and encouraging excellence in all tasks, actively participating in and handling escalations during shifts, organizing work between shift colleagues, and training shift members. The successful postholder will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working on a 24x365 shift rota, committed to maintaining and enhancing service quality and efficiency.
