REPORTING TO THE BUSINESS MANAGER, YOU WILL LEAD OUR CARE STAFF TEAM TO ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF FIRST CLASS HIGH QUALITY PERSONAL CARE TO VULNERABLE ADULTS LIVING IN THEIR OWN HOMES. YOU WILL ENSURE STAFF ROTAS ARE COMPLETED AND AVAILABLE IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO TAKE THE 'ON CALL' RESPONSIBILITY FROM TIME TO TIME. YOU WILL PERFORM KEY WORKER DUTIES AND ADVOCATE FOR SERVICE USERS WITHIN THE STAFF TEAM, ALSO LIAISING WITH ALL PROFESSIONALS ON BEHALF OF THE SERVICE USERS. YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROTECTION OF VULNERABLE ADULTS FROM ABUSE. YOU WILL MAINTAIN A SAFETY MAINTENANCE LOG TO ENSURE THE EQUIPMENT IN SERVICE USERS' HOMES REMAINS SAFE AT ALL TIMES. YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CARE TEAM TO ENSURE CLIENT NEEDS ARE MET. YOU WILL TRAIN AND ASSESS ALL STAFF TO ENSURE PROPER MEDICATION DELIVERY.
