Sunday Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team every Sunday for 8 hours. You’ll support the successful delivery of our store’s business plan by overseeing stock control, ordering, reducing food waste, general admin, and maximising sales opportunities. You’ll also ensure the store is safe, legal, and compliant with all policies.

Leading by example, you’ll inspire and develop the team, ensuring excellent customer service and keeping colleagues engaged and valued. This role is physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing.

We offer a starting rate of £15.11/hr +10% Sunday premium, 10% staff discount, discretionary bonus, pension, generous holiday, and other benefits.

Ideal candidates will have great communication skills, business awareness, the ability to interpret reports, and either a Level 3 ILM qualification.
