Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness? Fitness First is looking for a motivated individual to join our Front of House team
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and guests to the club with a positive attitude
• Handle queries in person by phone or email
• Conduct club tours for new or prospective members
• Assist with the enrolment process for new joiners
• Support general reception and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• A keen interest in fitness and wellbeing
• A proactive and friendly team player
• A Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification is an advantage, but not essential
