As Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the Seymour Groups’ corporate client base, developing relationships with businesses that use our hotels and venues for accommodation, meetings, events, and conferences. Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will:
? Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
? Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring continued business and repeat bookings.
?Represent Seymour Hotels at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions, strengthening our brand within the business community.
?Negotiate corporate contracts, respond to RFPs, and manage key client enquiries to maximise revenue.
? Work closely with marketing, reservations, and on-site teams to align sales efforts with operational needs.
