Bar Manager

St Brelades Bay Hotel is searching for a committed, proactive Bar Manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You will promote and grow the business as well training your team and ensuring a low staff turnover.
Plan, direct and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
You will be responsible for delivering a fantastic experience for every hotel guest.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous management experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
Passionate about working in hospitality
Great eye for detail
Excellent verbal communication
An understanding of what amazing guest service look
