Legal Counsel

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal team in Mourant Governance Services.

You'll join our growing team and business, working closely with our General Counsel on an interesting and diverse legal workload covering all of our locations.

Our in-house legal function provides first class legal advice and support to the 25+ companies in the Mourant Governance Services group and the directors and senior management of those companies. The workload is diverse and covers all our locations.

We are looking for a lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in a commercial law firm or in-house legal term. Corporate / funds law experience or prior in-house legal experience (particularly if gained within a regulated environment) is advantageous.
CGI and/or STEP qualifications are advantageous.
