We are looking for a dynamic Head of Transformation to drive operational efficiency, performance and customer excellence, and resource optimisation across Ports of Jersey. This role is pivotal in developing, delivering, and embedding transformation and productivity strategies that align with our customer experience goals, aviation, maritime, engineering, and corporate-wide objectives.

This role is a 3 year fixed term contract.
