We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Experienced Carer to join our Learning Disability Community Team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live meaningful, safe, and independent lives within their community.

As part of a dynamic and person-centred team, you will provide practical and emotional support, enabling individuals to access opportunities, maintain daily routines, and achieve personal goals in line with their support plans.
