The role of the Junior Developer is to contribute to the design and development of software solutions for a locally based Hedge Fund manager which utilises extensive proprietary systems. The candidate will be supported and directed by the development manager, and will be required to design software solutions that meet business requirements whilst remaining within the technology constraints of the wider business infrastructure.

The candidate will be required to work to project plans, meet deadlines and provide regular communication to management detailing progress, issues and any other relevant information.

A degree in Maths, Physics, Computing, engineering or related subject is essential - class must be equivalent to a 2:1 or higher under the UK classification system.
