The Playworker plays a key role in providing fun, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate play experiences for children. Under the supervision of the Unit Team Leader and Playcare Manager/Deputy, they help create and sustain a safe, engaging environment that encourages creativity, independence, social interaction, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include supporting child-initiated play, leading group activities, and maintaining high standards of care and safety in line with Centrepoint’s values and policies.

This position is ideal for someone who has completed a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Health & Social Care.
