We’re seeking a detail-driven Financial Analyst to join our growing group. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions. You’ll analyse performance by store, category, and business unit, support inventory reviews, track key retail metrics, and partner with operations, merchandising, and supply chain to drive profitability. You’ll develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and help improve systems and processes. Ideally, you’ll have retail finance experience, strong Excel/BI skills, and an accountancy qualification (or working towards one).
