Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills to support the organisation’s long-term financial planning and performance. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will deliver robust financial modelling, forecasting and performance analysis to inform decision making and help the business deliver on its key objectives.

You will manage a 40-year financial model that incorporates rental income, operational expenditure, capital cashflows, and debt requirements. You will also work closely with the Capital Team to assess the financial viability of capital projects and ensure alignment with the wider capital programme.
